Vinodh is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a Member of the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India with more than 25 years of post qualification experience in the fields of audit and taxation. He has overseen audits of large public joint stock and private Companies in the Sultanate of Oman. Vinodh has an extensive knowledge and experience of the Sultanate’s fiscal tax regulations. His experience also includes audit of trading and manufacturing companies, educational institutions, hospitals, construction and contracting companies. Vinodh also has extensive experience advising on both, corporate and non corporate clients, on a broad range of Oman and International tax related matters, tax efficient ownership structures and employee incentives.
