Talha is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom. He also holds an advanced diploma in Management Accounting from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and a bachelor degree in the field of commerce. He has 12+ years of experience in the field of audit assurance and consulting.

As part of the audit and assurance department in Moore Oman, he has independently planned, handled and managed audits of various listed, public and private companies and consolidation groups in various industry sectors and subsidies audits for Ministry of Finance in the Sultanate of Oman. He has vast exposure to different non-audit assignments including due diligence and agreed upon procedures. He has conducted new and amended IFRS impact assessments for various companies and is well versed with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
